Chapter Fifteen
Katniss
I had a feeling that I knew what Sandra was talking about and needless to say, I didn't like it. She was most likely talking about the arena. Definitely not good. I went limp, there was no use anymore. Sandra grinned at me evilly and I sent her the death glare.
"Oh don't be like that, Katniss!" She exclaimed. "Put it this way, there's a bunch of people that are… dying to see you. I know Marvel is."
Marvel… the boy from district one, the boy who killed Rue.
"Marvel's dead, I shot him myself."
Sandra shook her head, "I'm afraid you still don't understand, the dead are rising. It's a quite simple matter to locate the old tributes, parts of Kronos's army, heck, even Kronos himself. Luke isn't taking him this time though, he's smarter than that. No, he's getting his own body."
Percy looked panicked. "This isn't done, Sandra. It's madness! Do you want him to rise? Do you want all Half-Bloods to go down? Along with other races, like wizards?"
"YOU DON'T GET THIS DO YOU, PERCY? Not everything is about destroying. Kronos has very powerful allies. Voldemort, President Snow, and so, so, many more. We will create a wonderful world. Where no one judges each other. No one will hate each other, all of the races will live in harmony." Sandra said, her eyes were red with anger. "Nico, your sister is back too. She's with us, she understands her role. Katniss, Prim and Rue, and even Madge, they all have joined us!"
I stared at her. She looked sincere.
"Don't believe it, Katniss." Harry hissed. "She's a liar, she's been lying to us forever!"
"Katniss, do you want to see your little sister again? Your first ally? All of them?"
"Katniss!" A sadly familiar voice called from the portal.
My breath caught in my throat. It was Prim, I would recognize that voice anywhere.
"Prim," I whispered hoarsely.
"Katniss, it's an illusion!" Percy yelled.
"Percy? Nico?" Both boys paled.
"B-Bianca," Nico mumbled, he sounded like a small boy.
"Nico, it's not her, it can't be her. It's not possible!"
"Nico?" The voice called again. "Nico, are you there?"
"BIANCA!" Nico yelled.
He somehow got out of the Peacekeeper's grip and ran towards the portal. Neither Sandra, nor Draco stopped him.
"Nico, don't!" Percy called. "It's what they want!"
I felt myself being pushed forwards, into the portal and from the screams on either side, the same was happening to Harry and Percy.
We fell through the portal and it was the most painful time yet. It felt as though my skin was peeling away. My ears were ringing from the screaming that the three of us all did. Then my mind turned to another thing. Peeta. The peacekeepers had knocked him out when they captured us outside of the station. I hoped he was okay.
We landed on the ground with a loud thud. I landed on top of Harry, who had landed on Percy and I felt something hard land on my back, probably Peeta.
We all groaned. Then I heard the scream.
"NO!" I yelled.
